Hi, newbie here, but I have to nominate "A Horse With No Name" by America.

It's a great example of a song promoted as oh-so-profound but instead is utter nonsense. I'm sure America laughed endlessly at this joke they perpetrated on the record-buying public.

"A fly with a buzz?" Gee! And, you know, "the heat was... hot." Duhhhh. And the "humans will give no love." Awww... angst!!!

The song means absolutely NOTHING! And, "Ain't no one FOR TO GIVE YOU NO PAIN?" Is that English?
