Hey! Is that an F50R? It has an early TRC. So far we’ve seen an early D40 on reverb, and Paul McCartney’s F47 and now this jumbo, all with the early pickup with the chopped off fretboard. Control knobs are in the same place too. It looks to be a magnetic pickup. These days with modern technology we are particular about the tone of our pickups, with so many out there. I don’t think folks were back then, just plug it up and play! I would love to go back in time to hear the the early electronics, I would appreciate technology more. I’ve got a box full of probably nice pickups that I changed out just because I didn’t quite like the way they sounded. Shame, shame.

I love her! I’ve got photos of her playing that natural D55, the Sunburst D55 she uses a lot still, an F50R, an F512, and a mid 90’s JF30 blonde. She was playing Guilds back in high school and college. I own one of her Guilds from 1996. My wife says I know way too much about her. I’ll stop there
