I play my full collection of two most every night. I hate it when the strings go dead on both at the same time.

I'm playing my G37 tonite, F20 is still detuned in the case from the Arlington trip.

Me'n my G37 are jamming along to a John Prine tune I heard in Arlington, Speed Of the Sound of Loneliness. 3 chords in the key of C, don't have to think too much, Me'n the G37, noodling in C. It's a good life.

"What in the world's come over you,
what in heavens name have you done?
You've broken the speed of the sound of loneliness,
you're out there runnin' just to be on the run."

One of my favorites! :D

+1 :D

I'm playing my 12 string tonight as she has been a little bit neglected ever since the Gad25 came on the scene
Hope to get out and play tomorrow ... will bring both guitars for sure! :D

Fun song.
No doubt about it. Like so many of JP's songs, it's fun to play and sing and get caught up in the silliness/yet poignancy of the lyrics. The list is long and I love 'em all!! :D

It's been so long since I've played, but tonight while my wife was out with the boys getting costumes, I got to pick up both my CE-100DP and then switched to my T-100D.. A little unplugged blues--ahhh. :) :)

Last night, the F-50. I'd been neglecting it since I got the D-50 and AA, but this week I picked it up a couple times. Today seems like it will be a classical day, thus probably the Mark V.

Would your friend be a 'snowbird' by any chance? It's about that time of year for the snowbirds to start leaving the northern climes and migrating south.

The G-312 and the Ibanez AW-75 (mahogany 12). Both dreads. :) A rare evening with the dreaded dreads. :)

Just put new strings on the D25 and the EF500, so I have to work with them....coax 'em along, you know. (I wish I could change strings on all my guitars once a week.)
