fell better man. did not read all the posts but can completely relate to your situation. diet, exercise, sleep, and drink lots of water...sounds so easy right??
some food addictions are actually worse than heroin (cheese), seriously they found an enzyme or something in cheese that is literally more addicting than heroin!
what I have found is at first cravings are insane but if u just eat something else instead, 5 minutes later you are totally fine. and if u stick to that, in time, u will not crave the old food at all (very hard but doable- u must stay determined!). So if u are realy craving like a bacon cheese burger, and we have all been there...but find a way to eat a turkey sandwich instead, u have just made your best decision of the day (week?) and within 5 minutes the last thing u will be thinking about is that cheesburger (or any food at all). one day at a time, one meal at a time brother. also hammer a glass of water (or 2!) first thing in the am and when u get hungry throughout the day (instead of snaks and other garbage!) feel better DN!
