Be careful with the keto stuff. Make sure your doc is OK and your kidneys are good. Ketosis is not always a good thing. Like ketoacidosis.
Al? Dread? There's a problem with women being in charge?

I knew that. It's great you have such a terrific support staff.Just a weak attempt at some humor, Cynthia. My wife and four daughters are taking great care of me!
Prob'ly came in handy when "Stalking the Wild Asparagus."My best friend in college had Marfan's syndrome. Definitely not a great thing. Super long fingers and double jointed everywhere.......
If you're on low sodium, yep. Ain't it great? It’s weird but since all this started food has a different taste . Fast food just doesn’t cut anymore salt really tastes bad .
Don't know if you realize it, but even though it's "spicy" chicken, anything prepped for fast food use is a sodium bomb, they inject the meat with salt solution just like they do with the universal "rotisserrie chickens". In fact it makes the "spicy" taste spicier.About all I get when out if hungry is Wendy’s spicy chicken sandwich oh and have to have a chocolate frosty . Lol
But that’s it .
I humbly submit it's actually far healthier than any fast food I can think of, specially the sauces and dressings.I been grilling but not the healthiest eating . Lol
I don't want nobody picking out my raw food but me, but then I've had years of experience in selecting it the way I want it.have you checked out any of those order online chef healthy meals ?
Amen to that, and same to you!Anyway prayers you get where you need to be brother .
So when I get there I should look for some ? LolIn the Philippines, the street vendors sold hibachi skewers that we called "monkey meat." We would walk down the sidewalk from bar to bar, and stop for a skewer along the way. Could be monkey meat, could be pork. After several San Miguels, We didn't care.
Dang it Al lolIf you're on low sodium, yep. Ain't it great? Betcha just one is more than my entire daily allotment.

So with 2 8oz glasses of milk and 3 (small) chocolate chip cookies, I'm fed for the day, or rather, "I hit my limit".

If you're using BBQ sauce though, that's another sodium overdose waiting to happen.

And if they include sauces, there's your hidden sodium bomb again. It's always the sauces even if everything else is actually "good".
Amen to that, and same to you!
