I developed Tinnitus two weeks ago just after my Covid vaccine (which I now regret getting) and it is driving me crazy. I finally go see an ENT specialist today but from what I’ve been reading am not hopeful. Any suggestions on what to ask and all advice is welcome.
I can ignore it somewhat during the day when in conversations or when the TV or music is on. I can’t sit quietly - there is no “quiet” any longer. Just a high pitch siren in my head.
Trying to sleep is the worst. Absolute hell. I dread going to bed. I have a white noise machine going, pretty loudly and it helps a little. But even with OTC sleeping pills I can only manage maybe 2-3 hours of restless sleep. Two weeks of this is beginning to take it’s toll.
