For those interested check with streetsounds as I was told by them that they received 4 of them. I got one and another LTG'er got one, so there may be 1 or 2 left.

It looks like they are not very spread out. With ours and if Streetsounds received four there are only 15 for the US and Canada.

I wonder if these are more of the white wood bodies shipped from Tacoma? What I can see of the sides it looks the same as the SFVI. Thanks John

Do we know that the SFVI whitewood came from Tacoma? Did I miss that?

Did the orig. T-500 and Duane Eddy guitars have a mahogany or maple necks? Anyone know what the neck is made of on the new T-500? The only thing I don't like about the GSR SF VI is that the neck is rather flexable and if your a little heavy handed, you can easly pull the neck out of tune while playing. I am still waiting for Wiillies to get a T-500 in stock. Thanks John

Anything with 500 in the model designation would have had a maple neck, I think. Maybe the DE400 had a mahogany neck? That would be one for Hans to answer.

Also written on page 85, the DE-400 had a 3-piece laminated mahogany/maple neck. The SB-300B/T-500 as written on page 167 had a 3-piece maple/walnut neck, same as the DE-500 as written on page 84.

I could have looked it up but you guys are faster then digging out the book. Now what does the new T-500 use for a neck. Thanks John

I just bought one from Elderly. Should be here in 2 weeks.

Congrats and good find! I wasn't sure there were any left, and I suspect there are few, if any. I hope to have mine by LMG III, but it will be tight.
