...oh, OK, I get it now, thought I missed all that info in your picture post, but you ADDED it!

So lessee...older Guild D-55, check! Good after-market p/u system, check! Probably plugged into the board (couldn't see that before), check! Can really play guitar, not an ornament around her neck, check! Daddy was A-team studio guitarist, check! Long blonde hair, check! Can really wear a dress, CHECK!

We know Ralf, we were supposed to be looking at the cables not her legs

The end of the cable looks like it's just laying on the floor.
Good eye! That specific picture was a very low resolution picture I copied from a large picture taken during the rehearsals, so anything is possible. Whatever that pedal board in the picture is seems to have all cables wrapped around it during that time, so it's well possible that was not functioning at that time. I found no clear picture from the real event, that position was always too dark to see anything clear.

In my limited experience on stages where there are multiple acts and equipment setups, prepositioning equipment makes things go much smoother. So I wonder if the amp and possibly pedal board were there because they would be or had been used by another act.

Someone please correct me but that tail piece docent look very original. It totally works on the guitar and looks good though. also I've never seen one of starfires with this dark of a "natural" finish. any thoughts? possible refin?

Yes, it's a Starfire V with Gibson style trapeze tailpiece in place of the Guildsby. It's probably a refin, but I wouldn't swear to it.

He said it would be a 1965 Starfire V but that can't be as she has a 18th fret neck to body connection, so most likely she is from 1967.
Definitely a refin to me, replaced bigsby or harp tailpiece with Gibson style tailpiece, removed pickguard, Gibson TRC, new switch plate, new switch tip, new master volume knob...

But since many years Clemens Rehbein also plays an all original 1968 (?) Starfire IV in Cherry:

In preparation for a gig last year I sat down with my D-55 to learn the individual parts to Ventura Highway. Was pleasantly surprised to see Dewey Bunnell playing one here.
