Very cool. Good album, too. Here's a larger pic embedded:

I've got it on vinyl, with this version of the cover.

Looks even better, though there is a bit of artistic license going on, as they were recorded in Montreux Switzerland!;)

What 12 string is David Gilmore from Pink Floyd playing?
Not positive, but I think it is an F-512.
I think Geo is correct
On the video it looks as the sides are blonde where not sprayed w colour - therefore more like SB F412
It is a Maple F-412 ATB from year 2006, made in Tacoma, serial number TJ114003.
Only the F-412 had sunburst sprayed to top, sides and back. Which you actually can see if you know how it looks like.
A F-512 ATB never had the rosewood on the sides and back sprayed with sunburst (makes no sense on Rosewood).
But David Gilmour also owned a natural top F-512 from Tacoma made in 2007, serial number TK030009. He sold both of them in 2019. The F-412 ATB was sold for a whopping $87,500 and the F-512 was sold for $68,750. I'm almost sure no other Guild 12 string sold for such prices yet.

I'm guessing the fact that the F-412 ATB was the one in the video increased it's value greatly. Talk about evidence that he owned it!

Great work guys. So here’s another great Guild 12 string from one of my other favorite guitarist from the 80’s, Brian May of Queen. This guitar sounds amazing also. It’s a natural top, he’s still got it I’m pretty sure, I saw him on a show playing recently. I’m just undecided about purchasing a natural or burst so far.

How about some more Buddy Guy? Man he lights it up! and I saw him a few years ago and he still shreds, (although it was his blue strat)

I was checking out vids of a band called Wolf Alice, a UK band that became popular some years back and stumbled across the bass player Theo Ellis playing a vintage Starfire I on various rotations.

Guitarist in King Cotton's backup band at Norm's with a Newark M75 with an interesting vibrato tailpiece.
The "bone" reference was due to the fact that King formed the Bonedaddys but was kicked out of his own group. I remember seeing his original band at the Belly Up in Solana Beach many times, and one night got a big group of my friends to see him only to find a Cottonless Bonedaddys that sucked.
King was the one that got Bo Diddley to record two songs with them.

Just came across a video of Boston-area guitarist Duke Levine, recording a demo of a Starfire for the Music Emporium.

He is on tour this summer with Bonnie Raitt, btw . . . local boy done good!

Duke Levine was for a long time Mary Chapin Carpenter's road guitarist (with John Jennings), just a killer player, studio ace...and nice guy! After seeing MCC in New Hampshire, I ran to stage with my tele-pickguard to get John Jennings (may he RIP) to sign it. I asked about Duke and he said he was down in the dressing room. I said no, don't bother him, but he went to get him and he was great, very personable. We had a short conversation...I asked about his delay pedal, and he unpluged it and brought it over!...Mad Doctor, made in Finland!!! Had to buy one after that ;) He used to play in Somerville quite regularly. Have all of his solo CD's...
