Veal, steak, popcorn
A big slab of Goetta with breakfast.... fried up extra crispy. Not the best thing for my arteries, but still my guilty pleasure on occasion!
Oh, how could I have forgotten popcorn?!! I eat popcorn at least 5 nights a week (really!). I'm adding it to the list along with ice cream and Moroccan chicken.
I never ever heard of this wurst.Gonna have to try to find this. I loves me some scrapple, and this looks like a delicious German version.
So, how do you prepare your popcorn? This should have it's own thread.
I used to do it the old fashioned way (stovetop with oil or shortening), but for the last 10 years or so I have used Nordicware microwave popping bowls. Top with melted butter (salted, not sweet). That's it.

I think it would be much simpler to name foods I dislike (and ironically my wife loves), cooked peas, and my absolute worst- tuna noodle casserole.....ha- at least she doesn't add peas to that!
Most people overcook peas. They are much better if lightly cooked.
... Made it easier to get out of bed at that gawdawful hour, and put some warm food in our bellies before sitting out in the freezing woods waiting for the sun to come up.
I like peas, too, but my guys don't. They like green beans, and I don't. I'll eat a few but I don't like them - never have. As a kid I would open the green beans and eat the little beans out of the middle leaving a pile of empty green pods on my plate.Oooooh!!! Split Pea Soup!!! What a great food that is!! I don't get not liking peas. I can eat them for breakfast, lunch, AND dinner!! The parrot likes them too, but he eats the inside out and leaves the outer "shell" of the pea. Peas are awesome!!
