Concidering how thick those cables are - roughly about 1/2 inch - we are talking of heavy duty amperes here - most likely in the range of up to few hundreds amps.

As far as insulation goes - wonder what voltage is available on that other cable behind . . . .

There are so many of the houses I see on the renovation or buy and flip house shows where they make them so fancy and always have a hanging light or something so FAR up. Why? I always ask the TV, " How are they ever going to change those light bulbs! "
