Tap water in Finland beats most bottled waters anywhere both in taste and content.

Lucky me šŸ˜‚
Although not on that list, Scottish tap water is excellent! English, on the other hand, is very variable. I have a brother who lives in Great Malvern, which is noted for it's very popular mineral water; the tap water is disgusting and he never drinks it! Fortunately, he is able to take a short drive and fill up a load of bottles from a public (and free) spring, by the roadside:cool:

My Mom taught be a trick with a french press. She grew up in 40's and their coffee was strong. Mostly percolator and always black. I have never seen her put anything in her coffee, ever. No doubt she thinks to herself people who do are weak lol

Still, she would stir the coffee and hot water as it was brewing once, and this makes the press push down with total ease.

ā€œToo muchā€ is only a relative term, because it is not sustainable. By 4:00 Iā€™m standing in front of the refrigerator with the door wide open, really just looking around, for nothing in particular.
When you aren't sure what you want go with something chocolate.

My wife is a diabetic, and my son doesnā€™t eat sweets. I would be doomed if my daughter didnā€™t keep a jar of Biscoff cookie butter in her room while home from college. Iā€™m pretty sure she knows where itā€™s going, but she continues to keep it stocked anyways.šŸ¤«

That's because you don't remember what you wanted ;]

You have to repeat what you wanted like an internal chant - mayonnaise, mayonnaise - or if going in the house for a tool - screwdriver, screwdriver - otherwise when you cross the threshold or open the fridge door, you will draw a total blank. It's not the drugs or early Alzheimer's, but this:

"New research from University of Notre Dame Psychology Professor Gabriel Radvansky suggests that passing through doorways is the cause of these memory lapses. ā€œEntering or exiting through a doorway serves as an 'event boundary' in the mind, which separates episodes of activity and files them away,ā€ Radvansky explains.Nov 16, 2011"

"Doesn't eat sweets". I'm sorry, but I don't understand your words.

Home-made Mayonnaise is fine.Cheap.Sugar-free.Tasty.One egg, mustard, oil , salt.3 minutes time.
I believe there's a clever in-built indicator, generally around the 3-large spoonfulls level, that barks: "Liver attack ahead!"
Most take-away sandwiches are dipped in some shampoo-ey goo.
The only US-made food I trust is Tabasco.
Cajun food, that sounds like something real!
