It looks like a c. 1971-72 M-75CS. If you remove the control cavity cover, there should be a label on the backside of the cover with the serial number and model name.

Welcome to LTG.

It's not a rare guitar, it's a standard catalog model.
Your one has a wrong Gibson truss rod cover mounted. Also a replaced pickup selector switch tip.

Here's a catalog picture from 1971 showing exactly your guitar but in the GS version (G for gold hardware and S for solidbody, C for Chrome hardware).

Isn't there a stamped serial number on the back of the headstock ? But like the others already said, she's most probably either from 1971 or 1972.

Without holding the guitar in my hands it is all speculation. The lacquer looks like maybe there was a repair done on the headstock, so maybe the serial number was removed during a repair. Is it possible there was a broken headstock? Remove the truss rod cover and look for any signs of a repair maybe.

That truss rod cavity look very clean inside, I see no sign of a repair there. (well except the second hole for the Gibson truss rod cover)

but the finish looks strange there, almost like fingerprints in the laquer.

Yes, definitely some refinish was done on the headstock, you see on the back it was not sprayed but done with a paint brush.
