George Strait & D-100

Things I've learned from this post:

1. George sometimes plays his Guilds and sometimes he doesn't....no agreement on locations or venues as to what guitar he plays when.
2. LTGers wish George played his Guilds at all times at all venues.
3. Wear boots when you do yard work in Texas.
4. Go to the boot store (that has Coronas) when you're at the Stockyards in Fort Worth.
5. Be tenacious when pursuing something, but be sure to use common sense and be nice.
6. All of your are fun (already knew this)!

I'll keep you all posted as I pursue more info about George's Custom Shop D-100.

P.S. West, I'll take a picture of my alligator boots & send it to you. And, I'll give you the info about the Waskom shop. Just might wear the boots to the Arlington Show. 8)

If I accomplish anything, I hopin' George will learn that there are Guild lovers here at LTG who care and cherish their Guilds (and that we're glad he's a Guild man, too). And, one of our resources is none-other than Hans M. What I may do is buy a new 'The Guild Guitar Book' and give/get it to George. That could serve as an intro. One of my specialty skills is schmoozing. 8) Yep, I can schmooze. :lol: :lol: :lol:

P.S. Let's say George would sell his Custom Shop D-100. How in the world would I pay for it? It's worth lots - I mean LOTS! :shock: :roll: :!: AND, I'll be there lobbying for the JF-100 for you, Chaz....hey, we can go to the poor house together.
