The G75-R that Rich posted is the jumbo blinged out custom shop only 6 made. Quite rare! Has another been seen? Somebody needs to grab this.

The G75 that I mentioned is the 3/4 size dread, also fairly rare but certainly way more than 6 were made as they pop up maybe once a year or two.

Yeah, I don't think that's right. They probably didn't make a lot of them, but I doubt we're looking at HALF of them that were ever made with the three ads above. But I'm not sure how many, though. Maybe post pacemaker implant he can revise that number.
Only 6 G-75RCs were made, according to the link where dread got that number.

A different guitar than the other two links.

The question I have is if there were only 6 G-75RCs (cutaway version), or 6 G-75Rs in total (including the cutaway version).

Glad one of you bought the one that WAS listed at $850. It was tempting. Those pin hole cracks are a pretty easy fix.

Probably spending waaaay too much time on this but the G75 in the OP's link looks like a smaller jumbo, but the G75RC on the Westerly site has specs that call that out as a dred.

So what I'm getting from this is that Guild model names and numbers are often screwed up? Again? Or still? I have to admit I didn't know about the G75 (full sized, super nice dread with classy appointments). I only knew about the 3/4 sized one.

Yep, I'm still confused. This guitar i posted is definitely a Jumbo of some site with lots of cool 😎 bling. It's definitely not a dread.

With the strange serial number, maybe it's a proof-of-concept for an uncataloged GF-75R that would have been one step above the GF-60R.

I doubt that. The GF series was from the Gruhn era, which was over 10 years prior to this guitar.

Hey Hans...this is a G-75R?
I know what it is and like I said in my earlier posting, it's made of parts that were leftover from the Spring Hill facility. The Nashville Custom Shop did a few of those with both cutaway and non-cutaway bodies and various body woods.

Sincerely,
