That is the prettiest Songbird I've ever seen...

walrus
Unless it's a fake - Corona-built S4CE (Songbird).
Have considered the possibility that this guitar may have been heavily modified or re-done,
but it looks legit. Sure is pretty.

Forgot about those! Yeah I think it's legit. S/n's correct for Corona and it looks like a Corona sunburst shared with the Bluesbirds, too. Given they're derived from same NIghtbird/Bluesbird body outline, makes sense.

Don't think I realized any of those got only UST's without the Pro-Blend preamp, although some very early Coronas did get what I'm sure were leftover Westerly parts as seen on first year Corona D50ce's and F47Rce's.. That bridge and top scream "Westerly" to me, too. Look at that grain!

Not that Corona didn't have really good stuff later on, too, as evidenced by many Coronas we've seen over the years.

Interesting also they say it's satin finish although I suspect it's only the top, neck and body appear to be full gloss while top doesn't appear to show any of the reflective highlights of a full gloss finish.
