Everything is up it seems. I was happy to jump on my black D-25 with repaired side cracks for $600 plus tax. It’s years from a neck reset and the repairs don’t bother me, plus it’s not going anywhere.

Stopped into my LGS yesterday and he had a couple “lower end” Guilds on the wall and I asked about them. Said he gets most of his guitars through a Tennessee wholesaler and he gets what he gets but that they have LOTS of Guilds right now. I wonder if it’s something to do with liquidating old...

Has anyone seen a P-250E in the wild? I don’t see it on the website but saw a listing on an auction site. Looks like an homage to a Gibson L-00

I had one for a couple days but sent it back for several cosmetic issues. It was a fantastic player and sounded great. I’d own another but my D-25 fills that role. Love a slope shoulder and shorter scale though. Hmmm…might need to pick up another…

My recently acquired ‘86 D-25BLK has some distortion on the top at either end of the bridge. It’s very hard to photograph and you have to be at the right angle to see it at all. This guitar must have dried out at some point because there is a repaired side crack, so I’m wondering if this top...
