Hi Chris, welcome to LTG! The pictures are way too large to show up at a forum, you would need to save them much downsized. Anyway, here are the direct links to them (any picture you post here needs to end with .jpg):

Regarding dating your Aristocrat: Normally the serial number is on the back of the headstock. Strange that it isn't on your guitar....
Judging by the shape of the headstock ("Lip top") it seems to be a pre 1962 to 1964 guitar, maybe 60, 61, 62 or so...
Are you 100% sure there is no number on the back of the headstock ??? Normally it looks like this:

The truss rod cover is also pre 1964. I see the replaced tuners, replaced wooden bridge and replaced knobs (I guess they were clear Guild knobs on your original guitar, not the black knobs).
Are you sure the metal switch top is original? Because it was an orange looking Catalin switchtip in the past and at some point changed to a metal switch tip. That might give a hint to Hans to date the guitar better.
The original look might have been this:

By the way, Guild just re-issued a black M-75 Aristocrat as a limited edition of only 40 guitars:
