That's one of my favorite Bugs/ Daffy cartoons  "Shoot me now, shoot me now!" Then he says "OK, take me home and shoot me!"

Then there's "Stupor Duck"

Then there was Beany and Cecil, with their friend Capt. Horatio Huffenpuff and their arch-enemy, Dishonest John...

I like Micky mouse because he is the chief head and the oldest cartoon character of the disney land. I like also bunny because he is so funny. I like his way to walking, eating and running.

Calvin and Hobbs have to be up there, as an adult.
Calvin "I've discovered my inner child"
Hobbs "Then tell him to grow up, will you"
As a kid...buggs of course, and anything by Walt. :D Steffan

Bugs rules! And since Bill Watterson stopped drawing Calvin and Hobbes, life just doesn't seem the same.

Steff, have you ever seen the opening to the "Key to the Future" episode of Corner Gas? One of my favorites.

Second THAT! Got a few of the videos from a collection published a few years back, and I'll tell ya, some of that stuff only made it to the screen 'cause they hadn't adopted the Hayes code yet! !

I remember the Beatles cartoons, I think they were a spin-off from Yellow Submarine. Poor Ringo always the dufus.
Nope, actually they preceded it by a couple years. "Submarine" was quite an ambitious project due to the highly sophisticated animation backgrounds. And their hair was a lot longer by then..

Whenever I heard that Pink FLoyd Lyric from "the Wall", I'd always mentally substitute and sing "Oooooh...I want a ditzy woman..." and think of her! True story!

Al Capp's "Joanie Phonie" in L'il Abner.

For those too young to remember the 60's, "Joanie Phonie" was Joan Baez.

Another Guild fan for Foghorn Leghorn. (Daffy's a close second.)

Though the guitar-wielding El Kabong might be more apropos for this group.

Also major Bloom County fan here, ever since Opus was an editor, shouting "RUN that puppy!". Other famous last words: "Watch this!" and "What could possibly go wrong??" :D
