About 10 inches on the ground here, and another 3 to 5 expected tonight.

Oops, sorry Jerry. That's about 25 cm on the ground, expecting about 7.6 to 12.7 cm tonight.

About 4 inches here, another 2 expected. The southern half of the state is getting the worst of it.

Great looking fireplace, Jim.

Thank you sir, all the builders thought I was nuts for wanting a wood burning fireplace. All they'll build down here anymore are those fake little gas burning fake log things......sorry, I had to burn wood.

You do it for me, Jim.

Just don't get too close to the fire.

Those same builders will be knocking on your door any minute looking for a place to warm up!

Speaking of cold... my dad used to relate a bad experience he had in Alaska involving an outhouse with a metal seat.
