Hey guys and gals,
I've just talked to someone who's offering me his JF30 (but I DOOO want an F-50!!!). He maintains that he used to own an F-50 (medium-to-late Westerly period) that was extremely heavy, and this JF30 he's offering is tons lighter. Any ideas why that could be the case?
I seem to remember reading that at some point Guild started using padouk for F-50 necks, which is a really heavy type of wood, apparently. When was that?
Cheers me dears,
Recky
