Looks nothing like Page. From 68-80, Page was only ever in a few instrument endorsement ads. The Arp Odyssey synth, and the Roland GR700 synth guitar.

I've never seen a picture of Page w/ a Guild. Not one. Not saying he doesn't own one...or a dozen, but out of the dozen or so 12 string acoustics I've seen pics of him playing throughout his career, not one has been a Guild, and he's played all sorts of odd brands on stage. Eko Ranger, Gianinni Cravoila, Harmony Soveriegn.

I too wondered because Page is such a big name that if Guild actually had permission to use his likeness it would be all over the advertising.

A "negative" cannot prove anything but at the moment no one claims that that is Jimmy Page in the ad except people selling the ad. No one lists Page endorsing Guild. No one mentions Page playing a Guild in the 70's timeframe.

I think anyone claiming it is Page needs to back that up with something stronger than "well it looks like Page to me".
