Actually there are "dead-man switch" interlocks on tractors that require you to be in the seat in order for the mower to run. Having said that, they can be defeated, which someone doing that would presumably be willing to do.

And, able to do (doesn't look like there are many abled people in this photo).

Of course! They lost hundreds of points for multiple various infractions, but they had that one, which is nice.

That plug in a green wall next to a simple metal bed. I'm thinking it's a government institution of some sort. One plug but three things to charge in my cell.
