Ross called to say the F40 is ready for me to pickup. $65 for a setup is all I had to add to this pretty thing. I'll pick it up this afternoon; put it in the back seat of the rental car for a trip to White Sands tomorrow. Looking forward to pickin' on 'Amigo' this evening!

Just brought 'Amigo' home about an hour ago. Wow... This is as close as I've come to finding a neck like that on the F47. Just incredible action. I've slowly come to realize the 'F' (folk) body guitars are my faves... Ross said he'll have the CV1 (essentially an F40 rosewood cutaway) done by the end of July. Can't imagine it equalling this, but can't wait to see... Happy, happy camper...
