Thanks everybody! But you definitely need a Bluesbird Thunderface

Oh sure, after I just deflected the topic of conversation back to you!

There's NO WAY around it Thunder, just brace yourself (and your wallet) because you know it's coming......
I'll be glad to help you unload one of your S100's though. :D

Exactly! You need a Bluesbird...if for no other reason than it will keep you away from the S-100s! :p
No, what I need is to quit buying every vintage Guild solidbody I see. What I want is ... to buy every vintage Guild solidbody that I see. Therein lies the problem, the internal (eternal) conflict that rages inside my cranium.
Hey fella we're all tryin' to work here. Can'tcha just park your personal problems by the door?

hehe, sorry

Seriously though, I won't mod my Bluesbird just yet, but I really feel that the phase switch would be more appropriate on this guitar than on my S-100. I play heavier stuff with my S-100, so the basic bridge+neck pickup combination is perfect. But I feel that a wider tonal range would suit the Bluesbird really well.

Am I the only one feeling like this?
