I’d wager the overwhelming majority of places are more than safe for kids to go trick or treating in groups of kids by themselves. The problem is the umbrella parents who have succumbed to network news fear mongering. Statistically, the world has never been safer. Everyone has a cellphone w/ a camera, 1/2 the houses have doorbell cameras. Turn off the tv and enjoy the world! 😎👍🏻
Have a doorbell cam clip marathon.

Mooning 'em's becoming an under-the-radar "thing". Look for it to displace retail theft from the headlines any day now.

Facebook marketplace never disappoints. This Yamaha classical would be “used like new” except for the “slight, easily fixed imperfection” on the back.

Yah Tom, I'm with you........................WHY? Nuff said:eek:

I can almost understand Tom being from the West Coast, but if your from Connecticut I don't see how you don't want the time to change!

I have no problem with it being darker an hour earlier after work as it's now too cold to go out and do anything after I get home from work. And since I no longer need that hour there, I can definitely use it in the morning so I don't have to get up in the dark and I get an extra hour of sun light to help defrost my car windows to make them easier to scrape to go to work when it's below freezing!

And don't tell me how much of a pain it is to reset all the clocks in the house as most of them reset themselves these days. Lastly there's the biological clock thing that everybody complains about. Yet millions of people travel from coast to coast and absorb a three hour time difference with little to no problem!

Looking forward to falling back...

And so there it is;) :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO: I have not lived anywhere else but CT, born and raised, although I have spent upwards to a month at a time in other states, too many to list. So yah, I guess I'm one of those "Connecticut Yankees" that seem to pop up unexpectedly and add a change of flavor or whatever it's being called these days. GGJaguar said he's "weird" well I'm right there with you, or I could say "me too, MeToo!"
What I was actually commenting about "why" is the "hour with Cher ". There are very few people in the music industry that I avoid; Rod Stewart, Bruce Springsteen(Sorry NJ) and then there's CHER. Oomph! 🥱
So, it's just me:unsure:

You're right. I'd rather be sealed in an elevator with the Ray Conniff singers covering the Doors ("Touch Me") for an hour than spend it with Cher.

Besides I hear she's on the make again.
Consider yourself "advised".
