Ha, cool capn'. Frono is that really you? The stories you could tell... Flash & The Pan - I think this may have been a minor hit Stateside - "Hey St Peter" : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tz48dyXTFpQ
Hi Z; unless Frono has been sandbagging us .... that wasn't him (I think he's too young to have been in that group anyway ... )

I checked the link; interesting song ... I don't remember it but that doesn't mean it didn't do well ... sort of Arthur Brown content in an Elton John wrapper ... down-headed subject done in an up-beat manner. Back in the day, I'm not sure I even was aware the EBs were from down-under ... but I knew these people were. This and a few other period-pieces convinced a lot of people they wanted to own and play 12-string guitars.

Cool Guild content as well capn'! The Seekers are part of my earliest memories as they were at their peak when I was 4 or 5 years old. Takes me back to simpler days for sure. They did lots of nice stuff & I really like Carnival is Over, covered by another Australian icon, Nick Cave, many years later.

PS -ike-, where are you? have you tried heavier strings on the D25 like a few guys have suggested - may make a difference.

Hi Ike; no need for concern. Yoko Oh No and the others are having a little fun with your screen name because it rhymes with the screen name of another member. Word games ... not head games ... welcome to LTG.

I was in Munich 40 years ago ... it was a beautiful city then ... it must be even more so today!
