not exactly sure how we veered from Hurricanes to recipes, but a recipe section would get my vote too. :D

Yessir West we did and still do. The Bodacious rub is also a very big hit with my son Riley who has become the go to guy in the kitchen for his University friends. :mrgreen:

I most recently used it along with a spicier rub that Cid makes to boil some shrimp in. The Bodacious is a sweeter rub, which adds a nice flavour and allows more caramelization.

There's my boy and his roomies. A nice caesar salad with fresh toasted mini baguettes, some pasta with an alfredo shrimp sauce on the side.

How's that for University life?

A son that can cook.......cool. Neither of mine can make toast in a toaster. Nah, my youngest does a pretty mean omlette.

In fact, Mrs. West and I were walking through WallyWorld the other day and I mentioned I'd need a new electric razor as I'm doing the beard thing this fall :evil: . He'll be in Arlington for a wedding while we're there this year.....you may get to meet the little $#!^!

I had to shave for the July play - but the beard was fully back in 2 weeks and I've since had to trim it. I'll be bearded in Arlington but have to shave again in November for the next play :(
