As a big Huss & Dalton fan, this one breaks my heart.

Take a top-of-the-line small shop acoustic, and then find a number of ways to systematically turn it into an abomination.

Looks like somebody poured their soul into it. Very Tex Mex. Not everyone appreciates the Latin esthetic. Think low rider guitar. I like it.

HOW - I ask again - HOW - ( there - repeat made ) - did they succeed to screw up all those clear terms - now at least half of the population has no idea what they're talking about . . .

And "Bolt-On" necks use screws, not bolts

Perhaps. But in the process, a $4,000 guitar is now a $1000 guitar!

I have been thinking that perhaps this guitar was badly crushed, and the stickers cover up some pretty hideous damage, particularly on the back, lower bout.

In my mind's eye I'm seeing an absurdly shredding solo that crescendos with the pickup bursting into flames.

The guitar equivalent of Paul Gonsalves' 27-chorus solo at Newport in '56.
