It's kinda fun getting old. Everyone just seems to expect you to mess up and I seldom disappoint.
That's a classic right there!!!!!!!!!
Absolutely love it, and will probably borrow it in the future (ya know when I be getting old and all...)

Measure from nut to 12th fret and double the result -- that'll eliminate all the room for discrepancy caused by varying string length at the bridge side (unless it's a Micro-Frets).

Glad the photos are working! The back of the headstock is painted black and nicely feathered into the neck. There is no sign of a repair. I am as sure as I can be, not being the original owner, that there is no headstock repair. Thanks for pointing that out. I never much thought about it so I guess I was just assuming that the black paint was standard to match the faceplate
