He had Ampeg guitar - if my memory serves me well - one tuner button was missing - so he unscrewed one from top-side just with his fingers and used it to tune the one wo knob - then he inserted it back to it's "home-base" and put that screw in it . . . .

He was a nice person - and great player - once we had a night w 2 encores totalling at about 3,5 hours - crowd was roaring and demanding more . . . poor Adam - his lips must've been sore after that - finally Satan announced : "Please - our engineer has to drive 100 miles to get home - let him go!" - And this was true - next day was off and I could go home - 2 hours drive. Left the pa on the stage - next day was another band using it and we had agreed about it. Then I came to collect my gear and the duo and off to next gig we went.
