Pretty much the same as a Hohner Blues Harp.

Pretty much, but the Marine Band is the original and has stayed true to the original design throughout. There have been quite a few variations of the Blues Harp, some being almost identical to the Marine Band, others have featured screwed on covers (rather than nailed) and even plastic combs. Picture could certainly just as easily be some versions of the Blues Harp.
