Its a shame Mojo.....especially after seeing that piece of crap burned abused guitar without a case go for $281....and I said so in that post....If it weren't for the extra tax 12% and possible extra shipping to Canada, I'd almost be able to get it....that is a really nice guitar for at least 2 reasons ... you say so...and I had a white Corona, which I still get to visit and still impresses me...someone SHOULD buy this....Steffan

baffling to me, i know people are really hurting financially with the economy, but when I see that guitar go for $280 then a Westerly D4 which is a stripped down to nothing D25 going for $500, i just cant figure it out.

Don't take it personally, Mojo.
Just play it and enjoy it a little more before it leaves.

It's all good!

naw, nothing personal, just interesting how the market works at times. but I start work at a new job tomorrow so if it hasnt sold within two weeks/first paycheck, it'll be staying right here with me since I'll have the funds to finish my new Tele build. The the search begins anew for the right vintage Bluesbird or a Burst Starfire IV/V

I believe the buyer is an LTG member as well, but unsure of his username. time to start eyeing a vintage D40/D50 in the next few months. 8)

I got to play my old white one again last week....even though it has really old strings on...it still sounds great...weighs less than the 79 D50... but most dreads do....they were heavy suckers....I'm sure the new owner will be surprised and delighted with the mojo that has rubbed off on this guitar... Steffan
