Wow, my bro-in-law just found out he has a daughter from a brief encounter with a gal in the '60's or early '70's. She contacted our family after she took a DNA test.
awesome!

Fortunately, she pre-dates his marriage. She took a DNA test and contacted my wife and her sisters on facefook. Of course the women took it from there - a;; 3 of them did the DNA test and it confirmed she was a niece. That left my 2 bro-in-laws looking like the cat who swallowed the canary. The one who agreed to take the test turned out to be her father.

She went to his house to meet him and his family, they took photos, etc.

Sometimes our youthful indiscretions catch up with us!

Sounds like it turned out OK... If so, I am happy for both of them.

Gotta love a story with a happy ending!

That's good. I know someone who found her birth father and he was not happy about it. On the other hand, her half-siblings were pleased.
