The first one did lock up on 4/20
Puff, puff, pass
Is the knob rubbing against the nut? I’d cycle the pot a few times to see if the knob isn’t catching on the nut or the face of the guitar. Is it locked up to the point where it will not move? Maybe remove the knob and see if it’s still locked up.

Locked up. Not rubbing. All my tech did was blast it with contact cleaner. It’s just weird. Have about 2 hours playing time on it and none of the others have locked.🤷‍♂️

Let’s just hope it’s something simple. A 200kohm audio taper (linear taper has no business in a guitar for volume or tone pots.) full sized pot is hard to find. That’s a rather oddball value

I just thought about this. If the locked up pot is too far gone those CTS pots have a tolerance of
10-20% or so give or take. Even back in the old days when this guitar was made so perhaps if a replacement is needed until a vintage correct pot shows up perhaps you can get buddy buddy with the dude that runs The Art of Tone or whatever vendor sells 250k CTS pots and have them send you a 250k pot that specs out as close to 200k on a DMM as possible. With 10% tolerance you can probably find one that rates at 225kohm. Not exactly 200k on the nose but even if they still make 200k pots at CTS you’ll be hard pressed to find one that reads 200k exactly. Hope this helps.

Yes, BIG help. Hoping it does not come to that
