Agreed, love their late '60's and '70's music!

But I love most of the Stones music. "Voodoo Lounge" is a great album, for example.

They are certainly "bluesy", Daltrey is correct there. I've always loved Keith's guitar work and acoustic playing. They are what they are, and they do it very well. One could argue they have become sort of a caricature of themselves on this current tour, but so has pretty much every band of their era that continues to tour.
Wouldn't it be cool to add a hologram of Brian Jones to the act?
Gotta be tough to be a rocker in your mid-70's or even 80's!
Why Grace Slick cut her hair and started painting.
I have a feeling Paul, Roger and Mick are just busting each other.

Well the cops don't seem to want to touch 'em any more.

It’s the voice. Lee’s voice.
Yeah, but nobody else sounds like him. And he's got an almost "cartoony" quality that would only work in rock. Like Jagger and Relf (Yardbirds) with their "punky" voices back in the day.

Took me a long time to warm up to 'em even though a buddy was into 'em so heard a fair selection in mid-80's.

Not a huge fan of prog rock. Don't love Lee's voice but don't hate it either. I respect Lifeson's skill but never heard a tone from him that I liked. I saw their RnR HOF induction and I liked his speech. "blah blah blah, blah blah..."

Having said that, The only Rush I have heard is the few songs they play on classic rock radio and I hardly ever listen to classic rock radio.
