Not to veer, but in my touring years, seems I'd regularly see on a club's calendar what some band playing on a local band night apparently thought was a clever name. It would pop up from time to time all over the country! "Free Beer" and "No Cover". I guess they all had visions of a big marquee w/ the words, "Tonight....Free Beer" (or No Cover) w/ thoughts of hoards of people swarming to get in. I always thought it WAY up high on the cheesy factor.

On that note.....Ladies and Gentlemen, let's give a warm welcome for....Dirty Johnny And The Soap Droppers!
