Hey, gang, my new bling rings arrived today. Diggin' 'em. I actually have two more, but I'll be mixing and matching a lot. And, yes, that's the Guild smiley sweatshirt that the extremely generous Mr. Cozad gave to me at LMG3:

Those phone covers are really sweet. I just ordered a trussrod cover from them in Indian Rosewood for my Guild Acoustic.
They actually answer the phone and were very helpful

Word to the wise, gang...

No thumb rings on your fretting hand when you're playing. Fortunately for me, my left thumb is the same ring size as my left middle finger so I can still flash lots of Koa, or CF, or blue abalone if I want to when I'm playing. :)

Oh, and by way of "rating" the Thalia rings. The quality is fantastic. I've got 8 of them now and am having fun mixing/matching. No complaints. I've read that the gold plating will not be as durable as the unplated Tungsten carbide. For that matter, no metal is.

The gold plate looks best to me with the contrast with carbon fibre. Absolutely spectacular. I also like the gold plate with the koa. The gold with the blue abalone is some serious bling if you're into that. It's a little much for me. If I rock the abalone, I wear it alone.

The unplated TC is exquisite with koa, but perhaps too muted when paired with CF. I didn't get any unplated rings with the blue abalone, but I'll bet that would work great.

For the record, I've never been a jewelry person, but these rings are inexpensive and obviously I'm digging the new look.

So, sadly, Thalia is no longer making Guild phone cases. I've got a new iPhone 13 mini on order to replace my old iPhone SE whose battery is fading. I opened a chat window on Thalia's website yesterday after I found no Guild cases. Here's what I got back in email this morning:

Thanks for checking in Charlie!

I'm sorry to report that we had to thin out our product listings recently since we're a very small company and can only handle fulfillment for so many products/designs at a time. I'll otherwise make sure to log a record of your request that gets passed along to our team in case we are able to offer them again.

I hope some of the other options we have currently will work instead and if we can assist in any other way for now then please let us know. Here's a link to our phone case collection too:

Looks like the Guild straps are gone too. Looks like TRCs, pick pucks, and phone wallets are the remaining Guild-branded gear.

This simply means I have to see that my older version iPhone SE will last for until then . . .

The ebony case is nice too (I got one of each), and I'll probably be switching back and forth with the rosewood case... but, truly, neither pops like the koa G-shielded one I had for my old iPhone SE. Anyway, so be it!
