Nice and I like their commitment to sustainable wood supplies and that they have Guild's permission.

Given that in my house the case is what keeps the phone from cracking when it falls, I wonder how protective/survivable they are.

I also wonder what phone(s) they fit. I saw the word "iPhone" in a user comment but otherwise could not find makes/models in 5 minutes. Some days my search fu is really bad and I miss the obvious.

When you select a design, it has a drop down menu for the makes/models (and of course they didn't have mine!).

Thanks. I tend to filter the other way - let me tell you what I have so you don't show me something that won't work.

I really dislike phone cases but I may have to learn to change because those are pretty great!

Very pretty! I'd have to get two - one Guild and one Martin (yeah, I know).

Those are nice. If anyone orders I would be interested to know how protective you think they might be. Of course my phone is so old it's not listed by a long shot (Galaxy 4S). If it were to meet with an "accident", however, then I will have no choice but to get a much newer phone which can probably be outfitted with that D-55 case.

I know a guy who knows a guy who arranges "accidents", if you're interested.

When you select one, that page has a lot of info about design and security.

Okay, but we'll have to meet at the phone booth on the corner to discuss it. We wouldn't want to be overheard on a public forum.

If the phone booth is anything like in Maxwell Smart you'll need a third person to tell you what Al says . . .

If you can even still find one.

Still, they were bastions of personal privacy:
From this article in the Atlantic:
"Katz argued that this was an invasion of privacy, and in the 1967 Supreme Court case Katz v. United States, the justices ruled 7-1 in his favor, declaring that the Fourth Amendment protects “people, not places.” Someone conducting business in a phone booth should have a “reasonable expectation of privacy.”
