I am the proud owner of a new S100 however they no longer come with a case.
I contacted Guild for recommendations and the only thing they could recommend was the gig bag which I can’t buy in the UK (plus it’s not rigid).
I am aware there are a few other threads on this subject and have had a look at them.
I have had a look at Gator cases and this one seems to measure up okay;
Any advice on suitable hard cases appreciated.

Do you mean you're buying a brand new guitar for which you cannot get a case from the maker, so you have to look elsewhere?

Yes, that is the way with Newark St. guitars nowadays.

But the good news, this below new Guild case fits excellent, I got it from Thomann on special order back in November. Took about two month to arrive. Those are new cases. Not sure why Guild would not mention it...

Guild Deluxe Electric Guitar Case for Polara, T-Bird, Jetstar, MPN: 350-1075-241.
It was EUR 149 at Thomann. (not listed on webpage however).

Maybe for Euro market only?
Just speculating.
Guild may not cotton to Eurovendeurs selling stateside though if it is a euro market only.

Great, thanks for that. I will contact Thomann and see how long it will take to get it in stock. My S100 is currently living in the double box it came in and it’s a bit if a drama getting it out.
Do you know of any other suitable cases which may fit?
Thanks for your advice.

Oh, no, that case was sold first only in the US market (started selling around mid 2021) and it still is!
The Guild rep (via CMG in the Netherlands) had to order it for Thomann hence it took 2-3 month.

It came in the original Guild cardboard box, so I still don't know why Guild is not offering it on their webpage.

A few LTG members in the US also got one from those two links (same company in San Diego under two different names):

I'm a lefty and the reverse offset makes it even harder to find a proper form fitting case - so I made my own. Took about 6 hours, some fabric and sliced to shape foam. I used an old SG case in poor health, but any shell longer than 42" should be doable if you've got the DIY spirit.

Yes, exactly. I got 3 of those cases from them and use them for my vintage Polara and Jet Star as well as a reissue Thunderbird. They work well for those guitars.

Very nice. I would definitely balls it up if I tried that. I am awaiting a response from Thomann regarding them getting hold of a Guild case for me. It’s a shame they are not sold outside the US.

Thomann always had a good relationship to Guild so I'm optimistic they can get it again. Since they got it for me it's also in their systems already, you saw the labels and the article from their receipt in post #3 and #6 above.

I have seen this Guild case online, I am not sure it is suitable for an S100 or it’s solely for a Starfire.

I found one of these newer Guild cases on Reverb just recently. Here's the listing for the one I bought:

FYI - I got this case for a 1972 S-100 and it fits perfectly.
Thomann got back to me, if ordered delivery will be mid April £140.
Horuss, do you happen to have a MPN for the case you purchased? I would like to get Thomann to give me a price for one also. Thank you.

Actually the original Newark St. S-100 came in a rectangular real TKL case which was also discontinued maybe 6 years ago, afterwards Guild witch to gig bags for the S-100:

I have finally got a case for my S100. I tried a Gator SG case, the interior insert was too small.
I settled on a Stagg GCA-RE case, it appears to fit fine and was not too expensive. The S100 will not be leaving the house so I just needed a case to prevent it from getting damaged.
Thanks for the advice.
