Truthfully, I think if Guild made a limited run of the F-612 at that price, they'd probably sell each and everyone of them pretty fast. I would suspect that even players outside the Guild family would have some keen interest in that guitar.

Likely true. A lot of name players and 12-string fanatics will want one if for no other reason than because of its mythical status, bragging rights, or just the chance to experience it.
