It's not so much that the glue is coming loose, as the binding is shrinking. Even though we usually see this in older guitars, I had it happen in my former '99 D4. If it hasn't shrunken too much, it can be glued back easily, but sometimes, it can shrink so much, that it has to be replaced, or taken off and reglued, with a splice to cover the gap caused by the shortened length.

It usually happens in an inner curve. I would think this one isn't too bad and could simply be reglued, but you'd have to check.
