I don't know - I've seen the one-sheet, but I'll take a closer look. Ralf it's not Duncan - but I can't really say too much until the official release,....you know?

Like, is the body and neck any different than the NS, or is it just an NS with gold hardware and custom trc and cc.

I just played one at my local store here in Austin. It is made in Korea, with gold hardware, the Soundgarden King Animal emblem on the truss rod cover, Kim Thayil's signature, and the Soundgarden circle logo on the back cavity plate.

That's a bit encouraging. Did you like it?

The guitar is made in Indonesia, according to my contact at Cordoba.

the photos online show Indonesia serial numbers, as reported in post #50 of this thread.

Comparing the pic in post #41 and one recently found on-line, it looks like the model may have the original wide-top 70s headstock shape rather than the Newark Street headstock (50s symmetrical style with a hump top). It will be interesting to see what it really is. And if it is the 70s shape, that would be a first for a non-US Guild electric, no?

Not sure what source you are using but the right picture is simply an incorrect photoshop version to me. Nickel screws on TRC and pickguard and pickup frames...
The left one is a stock picture provided by Guild I believe.

Another one in Georgia:
