I had a contractor friend tell me that at one point, he was on the crew building a church with a high roof peak and tower. He had to be the one to go up there and attach the rafters to the center main beam. No crane or boom used. In his words, " You couldn't have driven a tooth pick up my butt with a hammer that day. "

That's some serious clenching.

Looks like maybe a euro-style plug (230 volts @ 50 Hz?) and an Australian outlet (also 230 volts @ 50 Hz?), so good enough.

Whoever did that little work-around can legitimately wear a t-shirt design that says "No Fear"!

Cable has 3 wires - so that plug is no legal euro-model.
Looks more like US plug 120V
Looks like australian outlet 240V

I swear we’ve seen that pic before.

As for voltage, an auto/ranging power supply would be fine.

Sorry no photograph but about 40 years ago a couple bought a tall case clock in our shop and said "we'll take it now". I asked if they had a truck or station wagon and they pointed to their VW beetle. I said I didn't think strapping to the top would be a great idea but the husband said that they would get it inside
the car. They didn't want my help and after much effort they angled the over 7' tall clock from the back seat out through the passenger side window , with the wife wedged in the back partially supporting the thing. "How far are you going?" I asked. "Los Angeles!" (90 miles away) was the answer.
