Thanks! Yes, I've seen it.
It's red. Don't care for a red. Or for a black one. So, in particular case of Blues 90 model I'm probably looking for a green one :)
(or for that one-off sunburst dot-neck that got away)

Since starting this thread I've combed through eBay and Reverb.
Apparently, there're only this red Blues 90 and a red M90 currently available.
But it's okay: I can wait for the right one. No rush ;)

Oh yes, the trans green Blues 90 looked great! There will be some coming up again, patience will pay off.

The two sunburst Blues 90 with dot neck which Chris Fleming made were around a bit and at least one is still in the LTG family.
Chris Fleming himself still owns a Bluesbird P90 with block inlays but the same knobs:

I think it's a spruce top
If you are asking about Matsickma's 'Nightingale', then the answer is maple. That guitar was built on the superstructure of a Guild X-3000, that was introduced during the '90, after the spruce-topped Nightingale.

Sincerely,

Followed your link, thanks.
Yes, that's the one that re-ignited my obsession interest :)

Yes, it's gorgeous. Unfortunately, I'm not near Harrisburg, PA.
And I'm not going to ask my friends from Philly to drive there.
Apparently, I'm not comfortable with such kinds of transactions: "meet me at the parking lot, I will bring a battery powered amp, cash only. "
Decades of online commerce extinguished my spirit of primal entrepreneurship :)

I will send him a message just in case. But I won't hold my breath.

Yes.
And if the other one shows up, grab it!
Mine is the nicest P90 guitar I have ever tried, I still regret not buying the second one when I had the chance.

Was about to send you a message today.
Apparently, there's no point: you're holding to your prototype :)

But just in case you decide to let it go - please, drop me a line.
Thanks!

While on the subject of the Chris Fleming Blues 90 prototypes:

Some have complained about the pickups in the standard Blues 90.
Me too. I had a red Westerly one that I sold because I was not happy with the sound. Excellent guitar otherwise.

To my ears the Fleming B90 sounds great, so I assumed it had different pickups.
Surprised to see what to me looks like the same SDs.

And you are correct, it is not for sale :)

Well if anyone is interested, I see the fellow that I traded my green Blues 90 for a Gretsch has listed it on Phoenix Craigslist for $1,300. Guess the larger neck didn't agree with his playing style. Great guitar in excellent condition

Thanks for the heads up!

Just so I am clear on this, there are people in this thread that belive in-person, face to face, cash deals... are sketchier than shipping, paypal, and checks?? alrighty then...
