Wowl!
Could this be the one that was hanging on a wall in the Fender Corona factory back in 2003?

I assumed the one drc sells was the one Jahn owned. Chris made two of them "as far as he remembered".

Here is the picture of that very similiar looking one with the same type of knobs.
Picture from April 16th, 2003 in the Corona office (with Ernie Slade and Steve Grom) and the right picture shows another one with those knobs (EDIT: It's a Bluesbird P90) currently owned by Chris Fleming himself:

EDIT: My bad... Those two are obviously very different guitars as GAD points out below. Now I really need to check the pictures again...

Then there must be three of them, because I have one as well, and I am pretty sure mine is the one once owned by Jahn.

Anyway, a great guitar, and the one drc is selling looks just as beautiful.
I even prefer it to the regular Blues 90, which is itself one of my favorites.

The one in the right pic is different and looks like a Bluesbird-90 because it has block inlays and possible a bound fretboard.

Holy cow! How could I have missed this! I didn't even look at the fretboard! I just assumed it is the same! O.k., back to the drawing board... (I edited my original post already)

interesting, I know nothing about the history of mine. I assumed it was Jahn’s old guitar.
Sorry that I confused the guitars...I now checked the pictures of Dave's Blues 90 vs Jahn's former Blues 90.
Result: Both look like sisters but are also clearly different in details of the pattern and also on the back.
Both are marked with PROTO and Chris signature over the F sign. Which confirms he made at least 2 as he remembered as well.

However the old 2003 Corona office picture is so low resolution that details in the wood pattern are almost impossible to see.

Left side is DRC's, right side ex Jahn's (now Beinhard as it sounds):

Also, maybe the pickup toggle appears to match Beinhard’s more-so than mine??
That's difficult to see, from that angle (or no angle) the metal switchtip could appear white, especially with this low resolution. So it does not need to be plastic necessarily in the office picture. But yes, a few of the visible lines match your guitar better (like right of bridge pickup), so it's likely yours is the one. The sunburst is absolutely identical in both yours and Jahn/Beinhards. The sunburst color just appears different depending on the light. So Chris obviously made them together as pair at the same time from the same top maple.

If I bought guitars on there looks alone, that Reverb sale would be over. But, I have enough, and I couldn't do that guitar justice in my hands. Well, not yet, anyway.

what really sucks is that a bit after having that Blues 90 leave my possession, I acquired a pair of real deal P-90s from 1952. I was absolutely kicking myself for not holding onto that super sweet Blues 90! Instead I popped those pickups into a Pete Townshend SG, which I later traded for my current beast of a 70s Marshall, so I suppose all's well in the Jahn household. But yeah that flametop - one of the best I ever ogled.
