Sliced my thumb open on the mandoline..... i swear!

True to form my body is healing away. Now the band-aid is off and it's only sore if I whack it really well. I'll use the mandoline again, of course. But when it gets down low I'll just use the knife on the cutting board. I don't use it for onions or anything, just mostly celery which i keep in a bunch and just slice away. Cabbage and all I just cut with a knife. I'll be really careful for a while until the vivid memory of slicing my thumb fades..... the pork stir fry was delish. We ate on that for 5 days!!

Five days?! How much did you make? You must have some really big pans.
