Kind of sad but at that price my guess is it will likely remain un/rarely played in some collection. Hopefully an affluent musician will buy this one who will allow it to see daylight.

That T100D is beautiful!

Got any pictures of the amp? I don't think Fender ever made a reverb-equipped Tremolux.

I would not use Gary's as a barometer of actual prices.

I had no idea things had climbed that much.

My old retired Great Northern Railroad conductor neighbor in town had his really nice house custom built right after mine by the same builder in 1951 with detached two car garage for $6600. This was in 1998. My house had been built for his brakeman in 1949, full basement, oak hardwood floors, I paid $69k. I sold it in 2011 for $69k, that was my equity after 13 years of ownership. Now it's "worth" $275k and it looks like sheet, like methheads have been living there.

It's frustrating and tiring of you work at a guitar shop that sells used gear too. "I'd like to sell this guitar - I've seen on Reverb that it's worth X amount.

The flip side of that coin is buying something for $1000 years ago, only to have someone look it up online and show you a price of just over $500 on a completed item, in worse condition, but all they see is the sold price, and that suddenly becomes the value of your gear, not telling who sold it, how bad their pics were, how good/bad their feedback is, many variables.

And a lot of the time, the inexperienced don't even look at the sold prices. They look on Reverb and eBay and just see a bunch of overpriced examples by dealers that have been sitting for months.

He’s dropped it down to ~$3k on Reverb, which is much closer to reasonable. If it were blonde, I’d be tempted, just because it’s so impeccably clean.

Seller and I sadly are not going to be friends "or do any trading" he let me know.

What a whack job, this was a complete guitar I played while I was there.

"SQ MIJ Fender Squire Bullet 1 Fully Loaded Guitar Body. NO neck , no Neck Plate or Neck screws. They fell off. fully tested before dis mantle. Just add neck . Standard fender size."
