Well against my better judgment I pulled the trigger on a OM .
I hate it when I see a guitar pop up while actually looking though constantly telling yourself “ I’m just looking because I love guitars and I will not buy until X amount of time “ and then one pops up and your like Wow !
That’s nice but it’s not really what I want yet you imprinted the “ Man that’s nice “ in the back of the brain and henceforth will be spammed to death for ever more by your own head !
I should clarify the “ Not really what I want “ thing . I want them all lol but I really want a nice cutway but dang it everything I find is bloody up there in money to much money .
So what kind of bites is that the good quality guitars of interest to me that I can afford at the moment don’t come with cutaway options, really !? How lame !
So I wish Guild/Córdoba would get off their butts and put F30’s and what ever they would call the F40 OM now back into production !
Ok so I rambled enough what I’m getting is or could be a rare bird only a few made though I don’t know for sure ,so it’s being said at the moment . Yes it’s new . Lol
What is it you ask ? well I tell you tomorrow after I see it myself . Also once again it’s a fingers crossed internet buy . It would pure luck to have this guitar or it’s standard model anywhere close to my location .
I will say it’s a OM with bling . Lol I do like my bling ! Hahaha

Ray bought a new guitar! With a cutaway. And it might be a rare one. How you can buy a rare one that is also new has me confused.

Posted some pics .
it’s a Eastman E40-OM-TC Thermo cured bear claw top . Incorporating Bourgeois’s bolt on neck and said to be tuned closely to Bourgeois models .
The Thermo cured tops are in the this years line up . The one I have has been released ahead of the announcement release of the new line .
From what I’m told only these have the Bourgeois bolt on necks and tuning and possibly the bear claw top.
The new TC line is said to have dove tail neck joints .
Anyway It’s nice to think that this can be a rare bird model but I don’t know for sure besides what I’m told .
So I take it with one big grain of salt .
It is a very nice guitar fit and finish is beautiful all around .

I am guessing it sounds just as lovely as it looks. Eastman have done a fantastic job of building consistent quality instruments. Unfortunately, I just can't hear your SoundCloud demo loud enough to judge.

Yeah I forgot to check the levels my head phones were singing but I didn’t catch the master channel . I can hear it if I crank it up . I will fix it tomorrow night if I’m not on snow duty .

Try this one might still have up the volume a bit very sorry can’t redo as I don’t have the guitar anymore.
