If you post a photo or two of the headstock issue you're trying to repair, perhaps one of the LTG members who has extensive experience with repairs can offer some advice.
I talked to a tech about it. He said for the kind of crack (considering how small it is) runny superglue would be my best bet. I did use runny glue, and it sucked itself straight into the cracks, then I clamped it up and let it sit. It's very stable now.
All I need is a new tuner and the blender switch replaced.
Also, the tech was very surprised. he said the last time he saw a guitar like this was 1983.
